First, we age and hand-cut each of our steaks for optimal quality. Then we flash-freeze them, seal them in airtight Cryovac® packaging and place them in a special gift box. A three pound block of dry ice is used to maintain a proper temperature during shipping. Finally, an insulated inner box and a sturdy, corrugated outer box protect your order.
All orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday 2nd day via FedEx. (Overnight FedEx delivery is available for steak orders received Monday through Thursday for an additional charge)
Orders received after 12 noon EST will be shipped FedEX 2nd day the following business day. Orders placed after noon EST Thursday thru Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Item prices do not include Shipping and Handling charges.
