First, we age and hand-cut each of our steaks for optimal taste and quality.  Then we flash-freeze our steaks and seal them in airtight Cryovac packaging and place them in our new 100% post consumer recycled boxes.  Gel packs are used to maintain proper temperature during shipping.  Finally, a reusable cooler and another 100% post consumer recycled inner box which is perfect for storage in your freezer.

All orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday (only UPS overnight shipments can be processed Thursday).
